Philippine Christian University Champions Education Quality Excellence Through CHED Monitoring

Philippine Christian University (PCU) proudly highlights the successful conduct of the Quality Assurance Monitoring spearheaded by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) from March 24 to 26, 2026.

This comprehensive evaluation covered a wide range of academic programs, including:

  • AB & BS Psychology

  • Engineering Programs (Electronics, Electrical, Industrial, Civil)
  • BS Nursing
  • BS Nutrition and Dietetics

Holistic Quality Assurance in Action

The monitoring process involved ocular visits and document validation across vital student service units such as the Library, Registrar, Student Affairs Office, Clinic, Community Extension, Culture and Arts, Research, Alumni, and other key offices.

State-of-the-art learning facilities—including Nursing Laboratories, Simulation Rooms, and Criminology Laboratories—were physically inspected and evaluated. Meanwhile, Computer, Electronics, Electrical, and Digital Laboratories were assessed through video recordings and virtual tours, ensuring that PCU maintains high standards in both physical and digital learning environments.

Commitment to Continuous Improvement

PCU expresses its sincere gratitude to the CHED Education Supervisors, Education Team Leaders, and members of the Regional Quality Assessment Team (RQAT) for their thorough and insightful evaluation.

The University fully acknowledges all recommendations and remains firmly committed to:

  • Addressing all compliance requirements
  • Enhancing institutional processes
  • Strengthening academic delivery
