Philippine Christian University (PCU) Manila proudly celebrates the remarkable achievement of its Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management (BSREM) graduates who successfully passed the April 2026 Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination, further affirming the University’s commitment to academic excellence and professional competence.

Demonstrating exceptional performance, PCU Manila recorded an impressive 82.17% passing rate, surpassing the 81.14% national passing rate. This accomplishment reflects the University’s dedication to producing graduates who are well-equipped to excel in the real estate profession and contribute meaningfully to the industry.

Adding to this milestone, three PCU Manila graduates earned places among the Top 10 Highest Performing Examinees nationwide:

• Top 6 – Kristine T. Tolentino
• Top 10 – Nerison Ocampo
• Top 10 – Nelson Kevin Baldonado

Their outstanding achievements are a testament to their perseverance, discipline, and commitment to excellence, as well as the quality education, mentorship, and professional training provided by the College of Business Administration and Accountancy (CBAA).
