Computer-Aded Audit, Review and Testing System (CAARTS for brevity) is an online learning modality integrates and measures the competencies and employability as well as the effectiveness of the curricular programs being offered per college for learners. 

Particularly, for board courses, the CAARTS assessment relative to performance examination of learner is/are ready and eligible to take the board examination. Example CAARTS is one source of prestige for Real Estate Management board course (2023 – 1st placer, 2024 – 10th placer and 2025 1st placer for REAL ESTATE BROKER and in 2024 for APPRAISAL 6 topnotchers) and being consistent for 3 years in a row since 2023. Board or Non-Board curricular programs through CAARTS is/are manner or an approach to gauge its effectiveness of the system to establish and assess their employability and their passing performance in licensure examination.

For Basic Education, we also determine their competencies in terms of their basic foundation for matching or in accord with the tertiary course that they soon to take which eventually also gauged its employability. at the end of the day, the question is what time or kind of learner are we producing?
