Enrollment Procedure

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES :

1. NO ENTRANCE EXAMINATION is required for enrollment.
However, students will undergo Diagnostic Examinations when classes start to assess levels of academic competency.
2WHEN ANSWERING QUESTIONS, please read Instructions and answer correctly.
3BEFORE SUBMITTING, check your answers in every Category and make sure the information you had provided are complete and accurate.
4WHEN YOU REGISTER ONLINE
in the PCU College and Graduate School Level (Manila Campus) Online Admission and Registration for SY 2021-2022, you are already officially PRE-ENROLLED at PCU.
5FOR NEW STUDENTS TO BECOME OFFICIALLY ENROLLED, you must:
5.1 Submit personally during the enrollment period:
(a) FORM 138;
5.2 Submit within one (1) month after the start of the enrollment period:
(b) Good Moral Certificate;
(c) Four (4) pieces of 2 x 2 picture with white background.
5.3 Present these documents to the College Secretary, Registrar or Staff for verification and filing.
5.4 Fill-up the Enrollment Form, this has to be encoded by the College Secretary or Faculty in-charge specifying your desired Courses and Schedules at the College.
5.5 Go to the Accounting Office for Assessment of Tuition and Other Fees.
5.6 Pay at the Treasurer’s Office or remit payment through DragonPay (see Payment Procedures below)
5.7 Go to the Registrar’s Office and secure your official Registration Card.

FOR TRANSFEREE Students: Submit personally during the enrollment period, and follow steps 5.1 to 5.7 :
(a) Certificate of Transfer Credential (Honorable Dismissal)
(b) Certificate of Grades for Evaluation/Transcript of Records
(c) Certificate of Good Moral Character
(d) Proof of Residency, e.g. Barangay Clearance
(e) ID picture with white background
a. 2 pcs. of 2×2 picture
b. 4 pcs. of 1×1

FOR FOREIGN Students: To be admitted provisionally, follow steps 5.1 to 5.7 under FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS E-mail scanned Digital Copies of the documents (a,b) below. However to be Officially Enrolled, submit Official Copies of documents (a,b,c,d) within two (2) months from start of classes:
(a) Student Visa and/or Passport (Photocopy)
(b) Authenticated copy of Transcript of Records and scholastic records
(c) Certificate of Eligibility & Study Permit
(d) Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) (Photocopy)

FOR OLD STUDENTS TO BECOME OFFICIALLY ENROLLED, submit personally during the enrollment period and follow steps 5.4 to 5.7

5. Voucher Program
a. Qualified Voucher Recipient
b. ESC Certificate (if grantee & from private school students only)
6. 2 pieces of Long Colored Folders (color varies depending on Strand)
a. STEM – Green
b. ABM – Yellow
c. HUMSS – Blue
d. ICT – Orange
e. H.E. – Pink
f. SPORTS – Red
7. Black ballpen

C. Transferee Student
1. Certificate of Transfer Credential (Honorable Dismissal)

5. FOR GRADE 7 STUDENTS & TRANSFEREE TO BECOME OFFICIALLY ENROLLED, you must:

5.1 Submit personally during the enrollment period:
(a) Original Elementary Card/FORM 138;
(b) Original & Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
(c) Good Moral Certificate;
(d) Two (2) pieces of 1 x 1 picture with white background.
5.2 Present these documents to the Registrar, verification and filing.
5.3 Fill-up the Enrollment Form, this must be encoded by the Secretary.
5.4 Go to the Accounting Office for Assessment of Tuition and Other Fees.
5.5 Pay at the Treasurer’s Office or remit payment through DragonPay (see Payment Procedures below)
5.6 Go to the Secretary and show your receipt of your payment to secure your official Registration.

(c) Good Moral Certificate;
(d) Two (2) pieces of 1 x 1 picture with white background.
